Reflection

  Hey guys, to finalize my article I decided to share it again with my peers to see if there is anything I could add. After going over the word choices and grammar, I can now confidently say that the research article has been completed. Although it took a lot of time to get it done, there are a lot of new skills and information I learned in the process. Some of the skills that I learned are how to properly do research on a topic, get in touch with people, and most importantly being confident. One skill that I have learned previously but was able to improve on was how to set up an interview, know what questions to ask and overall how to get a conversation going with the person you are interviewing. The Final Mile

  Previously, I interviewed soccer player Gabriel Ortiz, with the information he shared I decided to include it in my fourth paragraph because I felt like it would strengthen the point I'm trying to get across. After a while of fixing up the paragraph and making sure that it transitions smoothly, I was finally able to get it done. And now the only thing that is missing is my conclusion. For this paragraph, I felt like I needed to share a message to those that are currently struggling with their mental health because that was the purpose of me doing this research article in the first place. One way I did this is by sharing a message that coach Ochoa shared with me on how athletes can attack these negative comments in social media.  And to finish the paragraph I decided to add my own message and what I learned from this research.
